Hey all, I am getting my bikers license once I turn 16 this July. I am hoping to have my bike by August which I am thinking about getting a Yamaha Virago 125cc. Is this a good starting bike? What is the insurance cost for provisionals with 125cc's? Any other suggested bikes for starting? I want to stay away from mopeds and such.

    Throw your details in here:

These should give ya a quote.
Viragos seem like a good starter bike.
Remember you need to get your IBT and all the gear for the bike ;)

125's are fairly bulletproof but try and stay away from the hyosungs, keeways, liffans of the world. They are cheap for a reason.
Goodluck with the riding and enjoy it.
