electricity bill issue

    hi guys
    I set up budget plan with airtricity at their recommendation inorder to spread bills over 12m.
    Made good sence at the time.
    2 months ago i received a call from them saying i owed them 750e over and above domestic use.
    You can imagine i was not happy and could not understand why The DD set up which did vary did not cover the cost as agreed in budget plan. Could not understand their explanation and why as least they did not inform me sooner.
    Has anybody has the same problem?.
    Please advise.
