Can anyone give me advice please-
I sand down old paint (Dulux Once) with p80. In places with bare wood applied Dulux Aluminium wood primer (corner between windows sill and windows frame). Used Acrylic sealant to fill the gap between windows sill and frame and then applied white gloss paint from Aldi which says is Acrylic based. The result is awful. Paint started to bead but not everywhere. Just in spots. But I cant understand why.
Should I wait until it is all dried and sand it down to bare wood and start from the scratch?
    Any advice?

Looks like the paint is not taking to the sealant. You sure its not water-based paint you're using ?

Thats the thing, that it is only in some spots. It says on the tin that it is pure acrylic emulsion. Looks like you are right, it is water-based.

My wife put 3 coats and now the beading has disappeared. Not the best way to sort problem, but hope it is not going to bubble up.
