I work in a small company. A colleague is going on maternity leave shortly and my boss is opting not to replace her. imo, it means mistakes will be made and things will be missed to the extent it may damage our reputation. I'm not alone in my concerns, but none of us have raised it with the boss. We have a team meeting soon - that's probably not an appropriate time to raise it.

Has anyone else been in a similar situation?
