Trying to help out a friend who has the system in the above image. The system hasn't been monitored for over a year but recently they have been getting phone failure warnings. I guess I'm looking for both a manual and any guidance you might have on disconnecting this system.

I'd say it's the user manual. I'd be surprised if he has the engineer manual publically accessible.
I'll PM you the engineer manual.

It would only be the user manual.

You need to delete the numbers programmed into the system to stop it trying to dial out. This will solve the issue.
