    I am a mature student and have just completed a FETAC level 6 course and have applied to go on to third level in September. SUSI online will not allow me to complete my application for the grant as you have to be residing in Ireland for three of the last five years (came back from travelling a year and a half ago) anybody have any advice or solutions to this problem??
