Completing BPS Online

I was online there running through our BPS application. Everything is straight forward.

I've ticked the box on the Applicant Details page to confirming applying for ANC. We always received DAA

When I get to the application summary page there is 0.00 ha shown for the ANC. I cant see anywhere on the Land Details page to select parcels for ANC, there is an ANC column on the very right but no select box..

AM I missing something here ??

no your not

something not right there - when you tick the box on the app details page it should select all parcels then for ANC - that's why there is no option to select each parcel i assume

better off to give em a ring

Seems to be missing something, I'll give them a call on Monday.

I'm sure the ha for ANC shouldn't be 0.00 on the final page. Just don't see anywhere else to select parcels of land for it.

did you change parcels or divide land. It only shows as eligible if it same as last years application from what i see.

I completed mine online also.

No changes to land parcels or boundaries from last year so didn't do anything there.

Ticked the box for ANC as am always getting the disadvantaged.

Q. Is that all that's to it ?

I think there is a problem with their system as regards ANC. If you tick the box for it it still doesn't come up as being applied for at the end. I was talking to a planner about it last week.

Just checked mine as I applied ages ago and it shows up correct.

OK so I'm just off the phone to a nice lady in the department that deals with the on-line applications.

Currently there is a glitch in the system where the totals for the ANC are not being shown on the summary page.

She said they are aware of this and working to correct it. She said work away with the submission and ensure on the Person Details page that you check the box for ANC application. Then on the Summary page if it shows 0.00Ha for ANC application, just make a note in the comments box that you are applying for the ANC. She assured me this will be fine.

So I'm going to go ahead and get it done, one more thing off the list !!

EDIT:
Made the application and then there is a summary pdf of your application to view, it shows the full area for ANC on this so happy out !!

is my understanding right that you have to register first before being able to fill from online ?
Called to the parents this evening and mother handed me paperwork but says they got no actual
application form. Should there have been an application form?
Will be getting on to their advisor in the morning anyway.

Yea, you need to be registered to complete online.
