Hi everyone, I've decided to try a session of hypnotherapy to aid my confidence/ charisma regime. A family friend recently had a really good experience in the states and I want to give it a go here. . I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with a hypnotherapist or could recommend a good hypnotherapist ? Thanks!

Hypnotherapy isn't generally regarded as a treatment in itself here. It might be a technique used within a psychotherapy, and used by a qualified therapist.
