    Canalaphonic kicks off tonight in Portobello / Rathmines. Founded by Abner Browns, it's a new free music festival in Dublin with lots of local and national artists popping up. I may be biased ('cos I'm in it :)) but a festival that costs nothing to attend but pays the artists is something that should be commended. Definitely one to call into.
