Can anyone tell me what are the main tools needed to service lawnmowers

will this kit linked below do the job for me

Change oil - socket set or wrench
Change air filter - no special tool needed
Change oil filter - no special tool needed
Change spark plugs - socket set or wrench
Change fuel filter - no special tool needed
Sharpen blades - socket set or wrench + file to sharpen

I'd recommend that you go for a 1/2 inch drive. The set you have selected is only 3/8 inch Drive.

There's a big socket set coming into lidi this week 200 plus piece kit I think for €90 iv the smaller kit and it's excellent for the money.
