stamp duty/green cert

    I'm 31 yr old who was advised to pay the stamp duty on my farmers farm to inherit it at 1% im not told I need a green cert to apply for grants glas etc etc
    Will i get the stamp duty back after I have green cert done or signed up for etc?
    Iv been advised to contact an accountant but they all are telling me it's a special field and can't advise me 100%.. 😠
