Never Never Ever Book With Tropical Sky

I am having a special birthday this year and my wonderful wife has saved an amazing amount of money to take me somewhere special. We have been trawling the net for just the right place and last night we did. 2 weeks all inc in mauritius the hotel looks amazing priced in our budget and contacted the above company to book. sent an email after they closed, called this morning 9.20 am and asked could i book this deal as we had found the right place and deal for us gave details and was told would get back with total amount. 4 hours later i called back no one had any notion of my call and i had to start all over again the price on the web had stayed the same from the night before. This time i had to call again 3 times to be told that the information was wrong and they had sent the details to be sorted as this happened the cost almost doubled per person and i was then told that the deal i had seen could not be had because they had made a mistake. i called 8 more times to be told the same. Customer service none existent, rsh dept fobbing off calls to the uk, no calls from a manager or customer service as i had requested.

In short i will never look at there website again as there prices are so misleading and there so called customer service an absolute joke......

So basically mispriced online deal not honoured. I think the OP will end up not dealing with half the shopping sites online

Had a similar bad experience with them, we actually paid deposit and money for flights and then were told that they made a mistake with the accommodation and it was at least double the price! We got a refund in the end but it was such a horrible experience, never happened with other travel agents . Definitely stay away from tropicalsky.

Had the total opposite experience with them 2 years ago. Did a fly drive around Florida and everything was very well organised and it was very well priced. They do tend to be a bit more expensive but they specialise in more luxurious/special holidays than a week in benidorm

Well they're not that " specialised" though if they can't quote correctly when asking for deposit and flights money. Very unprofessional. They also gave us a couple of other quotes that were again unrealistic. Don't understand what the week in benidorm has to do with the topic ?!
