Getting constant calls from an 023 number who identify themselves as Bord Gais Sales Team for a boiler service. This is becoming harassment up to 10 voicemails in a week. When I have already told them I do not have a boiler they call back again. Anyone else getting calls like this.? Is it a scam?

Contact the communications regulator. That's what they are there for.
For what its worth, I haven't heard of any else getting such calls.

+1 for regulator. There's heavy fines involved for that kind of behaviour. Keeps you records though in case you need them to support your claim.

There is something going on all right, several of my customers have said the same thing about getting several phone calls from someone saying that "...according to their records their boiler hadn't been serviced in quite a while".
Best of all on one occasion I was fitting a new gas valve to a boiler that I had serviced 9 mth previous. The house phone rang and when they started to question the owner if I was an RGI they hung up when the customer asked them if they would like to speak me.
But better again was when they rang my wife's mobile. Same schpiel again about our gas boiler overdue it's service blah blah blah. My wife let them ramble on up to when could they book us in for the service. Wifey then remembered to mention two things, one that her hubby was RGI and the other being that we have an oil boiler.
    They just hung up.

Please sir, your internet connection is telling me you have a computer virus, I am going to connect to your computer to fix this for a small fee.
Now your boiler may also need service

"Remotely resolves fixes from India" boiler service complete,
Prince of some where slightly richer.

    Sounds like a scam?
Bord Gais contacted me about their boiler services and then again a few times more soon after. Told them I had declined the offer the previkjs week a number of times (its a few years ago now), and if they ever pestered me again I'd pull the plug on all services and find someone to complain to about it that could follow it up.they didn't call again.

This may still be some kind of phisibing scam though?
