Good morning - I'm hoping someone can help me, or give me a steer, with a webmail issue. I'm no longer an eircom customer...but have had my eircom.net email addresses for years and years. Anyway, I can't see my "sent" emails. When I hold the mouse over the "Sent" folder...it's telling me 65 messages 67Mb. However it's only displaying a single message for me...one I sent recently on 5th May.

I can see the layout/user interface has changed...must have happened recently. Is this a known issue...or what do I need to do to recover the messages ?.

    Hope this makes sense.

    Many thanks,
                         Kevin

Very sorry to hear this Raven_k42, I'm afraid the best advice we can offer is to contact eircoms email support department. They can be contacted on 1530277100 (calls charged at 33c per min).

    Thanks
    Al
