UPC - Cant access Windows Store

Hi , just wondered if anyone has came across trying to connect to Windows Store while using UPC broadband. I have a Win 8 PC and Tablet and I get unable to access or error message on both devices but when I use another ISP they connect straight away with no issue. Anyone came accross this or have any ideas ? Cheers Ed
