Hi all just want to make an enquiry. Want to start doing some boxing training programs at home and I am looking to purchase a speed bag for this. Where would be the best place to get one of these and how much would it usually be for a decent one? Cheers

Oh ...... you got to consider the noise these things make.
The booming sound off these things.

I used to go to a gym in Australia and I could hear the speed bag going when I was in the supermarket further up the road.

Its the platform that'll cost you a few bob. The bags themselves are cheap enough.

How much would you be looking at for the platform?
