    Depends exactly what you mean exactly by best. I think all things considered, footjoy are difficult to beat. In terms of durability and comfort they are pretty good. Adidas in general wouldn't be renowned for their waterproofing and especially in the sub €100 bracket.
    At this price point I would be looking at the footjoy hydrolites which I believe replaced the aqualite range which was a reliable shoe. Another option would be the contour series which may be difficult to source for under €100 unless you import them from the states. But they are an incredibly comfortable shoe. Ecco are worth mentioning but their good offerings are above the €100 mark. I know nike have some good shoes in their range but I amn't familiar enough with them to comment. Hope this is of some help.
