Amazon - does this item have free returns?

Hi,

Simple question...

Just want to double check on something. I don't really use Amazon mcu but I need to purchase a pair of shoes from the site.
However, am I correct in saying that there is no free returns on the following item:

I've checked the policy which states:

On the detail page, pick your size and/or colour and look for the text "this item Delivered FREE in the UK, plus Free Returns" or "Free Delivery with Amazon Prime, plus Free Returns" next to the price to confirm this item qualifies.

However, it state free returns in the top right corner of the page. I believe that returns will have to be paid for by myself here. Is this understanding correct?

What size did you need? Those that are fulfilled by Amazon (Size 11) will have free returns, but those filled by other sellers (such as Size 10, by W&M Wholesale) will not

Cool thanks - I didn't notice that, but it appeared for the 11's where I expected to see it! I'm after a size 8 which only has free delivery.
