    Hi,
Following your letter informing me of a price hike earlier in the year I transferred my broadband to Vodafone. They process the switch - I logged on line following this to see my last bill but online account is gone? Now today I receive a notice of further action for a payment owing amounting to €455.86 with no explanation of the charge and although the letter states "despite numerous requests for payment... This is the first communication - surely there is an error on the eircom side somewhere?
This is insane considering you hoped I would remain a customer only a few months back?
