    Hi
Thought this would be a simple thing to fix but I've had no luck. Lately an eircom email address is getting sent straight to my spam email (Gmail) which I never check so therefore don't see their messages. this only started recently. how do I stop this? I've marked them not as spam but new messages are still getting sent to spam. I also have the contact saved on my phone etc and even added them as 'VIP' thinking it might help.

it is quiet possible that the email address in question is on some spam list. Check the email address on sites like http://www.stopforumspam.com/ and see if it is on a spam list.

You might need to take it up with the person in question.

this might be of some use too https://support.google.com/mail/answer/1366858?hl=en-GB&expand=5

does she put a subject in the email?

or does she forget to do it?

    is it usually forwarding messages?

I'm wondering if she appears like a spammer

    Puts a subject most times
Mix of forwarded and normal but both go to spam
Which is better subject or not do you think?
