Motor Tax Website

    Hi everybody, i am hoping someone in this forum will be able to help me.
    I received an email saying my motor tax is up for renewal.
    So i log into the motor tax website using the pin i received in the email. Im then asked to confirm my email address which i do, but it tells me my address is invalid even though they used it to mail me.
    So then i removed all email addresses and unclick the box below, it allows me to proceed to payment. Once i enter my payment details and submit im told all my payment info is incorrect.
    I really dont want to go into the tax office to sort this. Has anybody else had this problem? Any ideas what i can do?

    Seriously doubt that anyone working at the counter in a tax office will be able to help you with an IT issue so I wouldn't bother paying them a visit.

    I took to mean him going to the Motor Tax office to sort the tax renewal rather than the problem with the website.

    I read his post to mean that he has completed the renewal....

    I had the exact same problem 5 minutes ago, said my payment info was incorrect.

    So I went back and did it three times.

    Then I realised that I had forgotten to check the "I agree to the terms and conditions" box :o:o:o
