Looks like Tom Colton won't be available anytime soon for ceremonies.

Yes, that's partly why I posted it. He officiated my wedding and another few friends too.

    He married me!

Am I even married, or is it a chance for me to escape?

He really does come across as a nasty piece of work, how can people do things like this to others. Im into ghosts and all that but before I would tell someone that I could bring back someone to attend their wedding or making them believe it....

I thought you said rugby player jes he would make a bad one...

To me he seemed slightly creepy or something. I put it down to being into the whole "I see dead people" thing he uses.

At the time he was the only non-HSE and non-Mainstream Religion person with the legal necessities to Solemnise marriages (well, him and his Spiritualists), and he was willing to do our ceremony at a time and a place we wanted, so we used him.

He never mentioned, or tried to push, or anything like that, the Ghost-y angle with us. We told him what we wanted and he showed up and did it. And got paid.

Pretty much the same in my case too. He wasn't engaging or remotely interested, just business.

The SU works like any other religious organisation, if he's unable to perform the ceremony, someone else from their order will do it. It should have no bearing on those that booked the SU for a wedding ceremony, except that they'd need to find someone else to get in touch with.

It was more for the fact of what he done some people might have taken it to heart for having him

probably more reason not to upset them.
