Building damp-proof outhouse adjacent to old stone wall

A shed in a state of disrepair needs to be rebuilt and I would
like it to be wired and put some white goods there, so it will
have to be of a better standard than it was, with a lean-to
corrugated iron roof being replaced with something better to
avoid condensation, and probably block walls.
However, one wall of the shed is a high old lime-mortared
stone boundary wall (the existing lean-to roof descends from
this) and I'm not sure how to deal with it.

Building a new block wall inside the boundary wall doesn't
seem a very satisfactory idea, either from the point-of-view of
having a narrow gap between two walls or because of the
space that would be lost (repositioning isn't really an option).
What possibilities might exist to keep the existing stone wall
as one of the four walls of a new, but damp-proof outhouse?

    Thanks for any suggestions.
