Grant to insulate house

Hi I'm going buying a old 2 story council semi detached house that isn't insulated. I just want to know about some grant I can get to help with the cost of doing up this house as it's fairly old and need modernising. The walls will probably have to be done with insulated slabs any info on this grant if there is one. Thanks
