2010 Corolla Recall

    Anyone else had the recall done for the intercooler rebuild?
    How did it run afterwards.
    Had this replaced on mine and it now sounds terrible at 1k revs:
    04004-2810N Turbo
    04004-2840W Vacuum Pump
    04004-2860N Intercooler Assy
    04004-43833 Turbo Kit
    04004-57133 Intercooler Kit
    04004-68133 Intercooler Kit
    04004-68233 Intercooler Kit
    16506-0N040 Support Sub-Assy

    Going back to the dealer on thursday for a look.
    Upon my own inspection I noticed the clip on the air pipe to the air filter box was not tightened.
    Car also very rattly on cold now with a bit of smoke out the back which was not there before.

    Anyone else had the work done, if so how did it work out for you?

    If the work is carried out correctly there is no real difference in the car after, not that I have noticed.

    thats what I would have thought too.
    I'm assuming you had this done aswell?
    Theres probably loads not done correctly, rattle is from turbo area and clip was not tightened on airbox pipe either. Probably loads more I haven't even found yet :(
