    Wont open. Turned off the antivirus like it said. Still wont open. How to fix this?

    Is it a particular file or the program itself?
    Try booting in safe mode and opening PowerPoint then.

    Every single file. Nothing opening.

    Just it just hang or are you getting an error message. Are the file icons still associated with PowerPoint?
