    Hello,

Looking to change to a newer box, currently have the ferguson arvia 150 combo, looking for something similar and not really above E150, Amiko Alien2+ seems to be another popular choice.

Thoughts on something newer that's similar enough?

    Price would be under e150

You could go with the 153 but you don't really gain anything above the 150 unless you wish to use the android app for streaming to tablet's etc.

I just find the 150 a bit sluggish and pretty grim UI, was looking for something a bit faster, also what kind of receivers do people plug into 150? I had 2 receivers wired separately connecting into my satellite but noticed there is a line out on the 150, can I plug another receiver into that and still be able to change channels separately on both?

Afraid not , each 150 satellite receiver needs a separate connection to the dish

What's the sat out on the 150 for?

It has no real useful purpose, I'm not sure why it was included.
