Laptop Upgrade, what do you think?

    After thinking a while and already ordered new desktop I am thinking of upgrading my old laptop also, I always buy HP/AMD for laptops but I decided to go to lenovo this time


    Current laptop:
    Compaq 615
    AMD Athlon X2 Dual-Core QL-66 2.20GHz
    ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics
    15.6" 1366x768
    4GB RAM
    128GB SSD
    1TB HDD
    Windows 10

    New laptop
    Lenovo IdeaPad Z50-75
    AMD FX-7500
    AMD Radeon R7 M260DX
    15.6" 1920x1080
    8GB RAM
    500GB SSHD
    DVD
    Windows 8.1 but will be installed with Windows 10
    link but I will order in Holland because I don't want an irish keyboard

    Upgrades
    Lenovo ideapad z50-75 hdd caddy
    256GB Samsung 850 EVO Series
    16GB Corsair Vengeance - DDR3
    1TB HDD (I will take the one from my current laptop, thats why the HDD Caddy)

    What do you think? good choice or bad?

    I will use the laptop for the same things I do now:

    - Skype
    - IRC
    - Browsing
    - Coding and Photoshop (sucks on my current laptop btw)

    My laptop is from 2009-2010 and the new one should staying from mid 2015 to mid 2020
    I will keep my old laptop btw for car ecu tuning and datalogging till its totally broken (still looks and works like new now)
