Hi there, I have been told that a 70 year old relation need to get a by pass as one of his arteries is blocked. He is hoping to have it sometime in May but has a family event in the Middle East in mud August. He is concerned about whether He will have recovered enough to travel considering the distance and heat over there.…

Hi there,
I have been told that a 70 year old relation need to get a by pass as one of his arteries is blocked. He is hoping to have it sometime in May but has a family event in the Middle East in mud August. He is concerned about whether He will have recovered enough to travel considering the distance and heat over there.
Looking for advice as to whether he is wise to travel so soon after such major surgery.

would you not be better asking a medical professional who has the expertise in the area? You may get the wrong advice here...
