Cocker Spaniel Question

I was just looking at my 18 month old cocker spaniel and I noticed that her eyelashes on one eye are gone. She has typically long eyelashes and they're still completely there over her right eye, but just gone over her left!

Nobody in my family has touched them or cut them (we've never gone near them). I'm just wondering if anyone knows of this happening or if I should be concerned and take her to the vet?

I'd head to the vets in case it's entropian - her eyelid could have turned in and the lashes would scrape her eye.
