    Just a quick VAT question. I've heard about a way to claim back VAT when leaving Ireland. I'm assuming that is just for tourists, right? If I'm a legal resident who will be leaving Ireland and want to purchase a....PS4 (as an example) before I leave, I wouldn't be eligible for that VAT rebate at the airport, would I?
