That would depend on the level of finish and materials used. What I mean is you can buy a bath for 100e but you can also pay 800e.
The Same applies to Tiles and Flooring. Is there a Shower pump etc. etc. Without the full Spec it's really hard to say. But for a modest refit it does sound a little Ott.
