Smart TV questions

Hi all, I have a samsung smart tv in the main room but wanting to get a 32 inch for the bedroom. Can anyone tell me if their is any difference for smart apps on different manufacturers TV sets? I would need Plex and Netflix on the TV. Do these two apps come on most smart TV`s or they Samsung exclusives? Thanks

I also have a Samsung smart tv, I'm not 100% sure but I'd be fairly positive Netflix would be on every smart platform at this stage. Not as sure about plex though
