So recently I've been thinking about what other careers would I be interested in taking should I not get into Medicine and I've been hugely interested in International Politics and particularly in the UN.

I understand that UN delegates are appointed positions by the national government but I'm wondering what would be the best career path to end up in this position?

I understand I degree in Law and Politics would be useful, but where would you go after that? Thanks for anyone who can help! :)
