ending probation early

    Hi, I got a years probation and I am 5 months in. If I decide not to co-operate with one element of the program or just not go to see the probation officer anymore, I was told I would be brought to court. and have to pay a certain bond amount (250). so is this all that happens? I pay the court and can just eff off?

    Because I would be willing to do this.

    You have been sentenced. Your sentence is not optional and cannot be broken down into component parts. All of the requirements set down as part of the sentencing process comprise your sentence. Failure to comply with any aspect of it is the same as failing to comply with every aspect of it.

    Since there isn't really a way to make things much clearer than that and because the charter prohibits any further discussion anyway, this thread is now closed.
