Can I lie about my address to SUSI

but I was wondering I know somebody who acctually changed their address from donegal to living in Cork (which is a lie) and now they get a very huge grant, and SUSI hasnt cought them, has anyone ever done that or is it risky? if it ain't risky then I might reapply this year aswell with a false address 45km away from college and get much more money.
Any advices/ opinions ?
