Can I lie about my address to SUSI

Hey, not that i'm going to lie about my address :D but I was wondering I know somebody who acctually changed their address from donegal to living in Cork (which is a lie) and now they get a very huge grant, and SUSI hasnt cought them, has anyone ever done that or is it risky? if it ain't risky then I might reapply this…

I've looked into it and there's quite a lot of information you need to provide SUSI with in order to prove your address
