I started new job in Feb and gave employer my P45. Wasn't working for a few months, including Jan. All payslips to date have had monthly tax credits applied to them.
Do I have to wait until next year to claim back my money?
    TIA

What money? If you are taxed on a normal basis (cumulative) there is no money for you to claim for 2015. The tax year runs January to December. Are you talking about a possible refund from 2014?
