im using 48months as mobile broadband, connect to a 3g tp link router.

i assume you cannot port forward as they have you behind a second IP?

    confirm anyone?

Not sure about 48 but if you check the router's web interface and the external address is in the range 100.64.0.0/10 then you're behind a double nat connection.

If you're still not sure go to whatismyip.com and compare that to the external address of the router. If they're different (and they more than likely will be) you're behind a double nat connection.
