Im going through a separation at the moment and my ex has told me of conversations that I had with other people either on social media/text/email....Firstly can this be used against me in any way to take my character? the context that she said was only between myself and the other party whom I 100% trust. Secondly how could she access this information?.

    Your ex knows your passwords?
Little you can do about it unless you can show evidence that she hacked your accounts.
There is software thst can store data on pc and phones and send to a third party

No she doesn't know my passwords.
She said she has proof of the conversations so I'll have to see them first.
She said it would discredit me if they got out.
I guess it's a waiting game now but if she does use it to take my character what redress do I have?

Depends on how she got the proof of the conversations, which of course we don't know. There may have been nothing unlawful about it.

She js probably bluffing. If she is at that ignore it and let your solicitor know.

Probably has a mate in your phone company who doesn't understand data protection and will lose their job if you report them.
