Online Banking Blocked

    Hi, I set up my online banking yesterday and it was working perfectly until this morning. It is now saying that my 365 online account may be blocked.
    What could have caused this?

    This may have been caused if your log in details were entered incorrectly. To have this investigated further, please call our Bank of Ireland Direct team on 0818 365 365 / +353 1404 4000 and a representative will be happy to assist.
