A company we deal with is owned by a group company and the group company hes submitted DS01 Striking off application by a company.
would I be correct in thinking this will affect all subsidiaries?

    The companies are UK based.

    Hi

This is an Irish Forum. You will probably not get proper advice on this matter here. You should speak to your UK accountant.

    Kind Regards

    Well, OP is in Ireland.....:);)
The question is unclear, but if if I understand it correctly the parent has asked the UK Co Reg to list a specific company for strike off, which effectively is a request to have it dissolved. That is OK provided OP is not a creditor of that company - if he is he can object. It also would be normal for any parent to circulate an advice to its suppliers/customers advising this.
It also is quite possible that he is supplying a different subsidiary and has an incorrect name on the invoice.
