Laptop Advice?

Ok so I need to purchase a new laptop (old one stolen) I study engineering so need something that can run cad software well, and also I like gaming so a laptop which can run games alright too would be nice. I'm not looking for a gaming laptop as I don't have the budget but rather a laptop that will be sufficient enough to run most games (excluding new graphic heavy games) and also run the engineering progams.

My budget is less than €500 (perferably between 300-450)

In terms of graphic cards I have seen some option using Intel HD 4400, I do not know much about Intel graphic cards and previously used NVIDIA GeForce 820M 2GB. How would the Intel card compare to that?

I have found a Lenovo G70 for €500 near me (I live abroad) it has a NVIDIA GeForce 820M 2GB, 8 Gb RAM and 500GB storage. Anyone have one and care to comment on how good they are?

Also if anyone has any other suggestions on what laptop to get I'd be very greatful!
