Multimeter

I have just broken my my old multimeter. It was a cheap one but mostly did all I needed for years. (oil boiler servicing/repair/installs) I mostly just need it for measuring voltage.
Now that I need to replace it, I would like one that measures capacitance and has a clamp current measurement.

Below is one that I came across that would seem to do the job, but I am unsure of whether it, or any cheap one can measure the current flow from a heating burner control box to the pump valve solenoid coil. This isn't essential, but would be nice.

I know a professional electrician would dismiss these sort of cheap devices, but they suit my purpose.

Any constructive comments on this device or other in similar price range (€50) would be appreciated.

Here is the one I was considering,

MASTECH MS2108A Digital Clamp Meter Multimeter

I wouldn't like to be depending on it for everyday use.

I find with meters alot of the time you are just buying the name, Fluke for example. I have gone through alot of meters and have found my present Ketwech one to be the best.
Ketwech are considered the poor mans Robins meters by some but each to their own. You are asking alot in one meter in terms of functions for your budget.
I feel the one you have found is up amongst the best for its price.
