Was in kildare village today and maybe I'm imagining it but it's seems the prices are slightly inflated now the 20% off is on. For example Ralph Lauren always has deals (discount for multiple items) and today I didn't see any. Also main reason for going was to get a certain coffee machine, this had increased about €250 in price since March. If I would have bought it then with the standard 10% I always get (AA member) it would have been about €150 cheaper then with the 20% off today. So I left it obviously...

How do you get the AA discount - also a member.

Can you combine the AA and the chill.ie discounts?

Just wanted to say thanks so much for this. Bought wedding suits for groom and groomsmen over the weekend and really appreciated it. :)

Was in there sunday evening. Nike store mainly. They had a 50% sale on the back wall of shoes. Fairly delighted with that, then got to the till and was informed there was the additional 20% off. 70% off shoes, cant go wrong. 3 pairs for €95 that would've normally cost me €250 odd

So how do you get the 20% invite?

I just registered but got no special invite

Yep, we went down last week and were picking up kids runners for €15.. absolute bargain. Wife got a new Mulberry handbag for our 10th wedding anniversary too.. :) It was a bag she had been looking out for and that was first time they had it in and then to get an additional 20% off made it all the more worthwhile going down.

They do the 20% off weeks maybe twice a year.

I noticed too that RL didn't have the usual deals on so we walked. Usually if you buy the polo shirts its €30 each if buying two but deal was not on last week. Their loss..

Just show your AA card at reception/info desk and they'll give you a VIP day card. I guess it would be no regarding combining the discounts.

Sorry to (sort of) derail the thread but...

Who are you people who can afford to shop in that place? I spotted a jacket for €650 in one store. And that was "on offer"

What is your secret and how do i make similar millions to you? There's obviously alot of you, the car park is nearly always full!

    Hi,

Do you mind me asking what shop you got these in? Is it worth looking down here for wedding suits?

    Thanks

We went to the Savoy Tailors Guild. They have some lovely stuff, some good deals too. Also Ted Baker is worth checking out too. :)

Sorry for digging up this thread and off topic, but it seems for the example above I was right. Shortly after the 20% off invite was finished the price of the machine dropped by exactly 20% (as I said it had gone up by 20% when sale started). Still managed to get it for less and still about €200 cheaper than I can find it anywhere else so happy enough...
To get back on topic, as posted 10% off every day if you show an AA card at reception.
