Best Budget 10" Tablet

For a friend who hasn't a clue! I have a Nexus 7 and a Hudl 2 but they're too small for her. She wants a 10". She only wants it for surfing the net and reading books on so nothing too high-end! Plus, her budget is small - €150 range.

Anything jump out at you? She's prefer to buy from a bricks and mortar if possible.

It has a micro card slot for extra memory. Doesn't say what the camera is like though.

The ram on that tablet is dire
