    Very smart :)
    The same effect can be created with magnets on the head at certain places and strengths.
    But this experiment seems to be much more informative as to why.
    I'm wondering how they plan to down regulate those sensations using these devices. They would need to track and syncronize the brains percieved touch with an actual touch, to down regulate and coordinate sensations for the patient, I am guessing.
