Looking forward to it Fitza. Last year I ran it with a toothache. Wasn't pleasant.

Tough and warm 10k course but a great day out. The wife and kids decided to do the 5k and our girls were delighted to get a medal at the end.
As usual a top feed of sambos, cakes and tea after. We left stuffed.
    We'll be back next year.

Ran this today, thought it was a well run event. A bit warm but I was happy with my time. There seemed to be less people running it than last year. We're the numbers similar? Hope it continues, enjoyed it today.

Thanks Stevo1983 and eyeball kid. It did heat up at times today!! Yes eyeball kid the numbers were down a bit on last year as Dunlavin were hosting Feile and both boys and girls got to the final which were on today so took away quiet a few people. Nonetheless it went off very well and hopefully everyone left having eaten their fill and happy with the event. Thanks again for your comments.
