    My daughter bought a new Pro Surface 3 a few weeks ago. The screen is broken and it appears that she must register it on-line, return it to Microsoft and make a payment 266 euro before returning it.

    It appears that they send her another device. Do you know if these are refurbished or new. Guess I want to make sure that if it is refurbished, the refurbished one is only weeks old.

    Has anyone any experience of this. I did try ringing Microsoft but it keeps telling me that the office is closed when you select hardware support.
