Hi

Is anyone else having a problem renewing their motor tax this evening online?

I get to put in all my details and when I click pay it tells me that I need to check the validity of my card. I double check the details and they are correct and click pay again. then it tells me I cannot process my transaction at this time as I have exceeded the amount of attempts allowed to authorise my card.

I tried 2 cards and both had enough money to cover the transaction.
Will it reset itself so I can try again or do I have to go to motor tax office to renew?

Worked fine for me a minute ago too. Maybe a temporary problem with the site or a problem with you bank?

Ill try again this morning. I tried 2 cards from 2 different banks. The site was very slow when I was using it so that may have being it. Thanks
