Looking to rent 1 room in a 3 bedroom apartment. The room is quite large with two single beds and its own en-suite. (However, these beds can be converted into one large double bed)

You would be sharing the apartment with 2 female TCD students.

The apartment itself is quite spacious, with an equipped kitchen, washing machine, fireplace and balconies.

The apartment is on Roebuck Road, within a 5 minute walk from UCD campus and multiple bus routes which travel into the city centre regularly. A typical journey from the apartment to city centre is 15-20 mins.

Sure, it's €2,100 in total. The other rooms pay 550€ each.
